摘 要:基于模流分析技术,利用Moldflow软件对路由器注塑过程进行数值模拟。根据浇口匹配性结果,设计了顶进浇和侧进浇2种浇注系统,对比填充时间、流动前沿温度、注射压力、气穴、熔接痕等结果确定了侧进浇方案;对异形型腔成型时的不对称流动进行了流道平衡的分析,优化了流道截面尺寸,减少了流道料流量,实现了注塑平衡,保证了产品质量的均匀性;验证了冷却系统方案;对产品的翘曲情况进行了分析,得到影响塑件变形的主要因素为不均匀收缩,通过改进保压设定来改善翘曲,选择阶梯递减保压的方法并延长保压时间,减少了翘曲变形量,降低了产品各部分体积的收缩差异。实践证明,模具CAE技术对模具结构设计与注塑工艺的制定具有指导作用。Based on mold flow analysis technology,the injection molding process of router was numerically simulated by Moldflow software.Two types of injection system were designed according to the results of gate location analysis and edge gated injection system was adopted through compar!ng the resuhs of filling time,temperature at flow front,injection pressure, cavitation and weld line.The balance of injection was achieved through the runner size optimization by runner balance analysis so that uniformity of product was guaranteed and material was saved.Cooling system was verified as well.The main factor of part deformation caused by non-uniform shrinkage was obtained by warpage analysis and it could be improved through altering packing condition.Warping deformation decreased and differences of volume shrinkage were improved through taking gradient packing method and prolong packing time.It was proved that CAE technology could provide good reference for mold structure design and processing parameters of injection.
