摘 要:以再生高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)、沙柳木粉为原料,采用模压法制备木塑复合材料(WPC)。研究了沙柳木粉加入量对热老化过程中WPC的力学性能、动态热力学性能和润湿性能的影响,采用FT-IR和SEM分析了WPC的老化机理和表面微观形貌。研究表明:当老化时间为0~100 h时,随老化时间的延长,WPC的力学性能呈下降趋势,动态热力学性能(储能模量和损耗模量)呈先下降后上升的趋势,润湿性能明显增强。且随木粉加入量的增加,WPC的力学性能与动态热力学性能呈下降趋势,润湿性能的增强趋势变得更为显著,接触角下降了6.5%~31.4%。经FTIR分析可知,随老化时间的延长,木塑复合材料的羰基吸收峰强度增强,羟基指数明显增加,由SEM可知,WPC表面出现了明显的裂纹和孔洞。The regeneration of high density polyethylene (PE-HD)and salix wood flour were prepared for wood plastic composite (WPC)by the compression molding process.The mechanical properties,dynamic thermomechanical properties and wetting properties of WPC were investigated by changing the amount of salix wood.Aging mechanism and surface morphology of WPC were analyzed by FT-IR and SEM.The results showed that when aging time was 0-100h,with the aging time prolonging,the mechanical properties of WPC had a decreasing trend,and the dynamic mechanical properties decreased first and then increased,and the wettability was enhanced.And with the increase of the amount for wood powder,the mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of WPC decreased,wettability could significantly enhance,the contact angle dropped by 6.5%-31.4%.The FTIR analysis showed ihat the carbonyl absorption peak strength of the wood plastic composite increased with the aging time,and the carbonyl index increased obviously.The apparent cracks and holes appeared on the surface of the WPC surface,and the surface of the WPC had obvious cracks and holes.
