摘  要:研究了蒙脱土(MMT)、硅酮粉(GM)和氢氧化铝(ATH)的协效作用对SEBS/PP复合材料阻燃、力学、电学以及耐水性能的影响,并用SEM对其炭层形貌进行了分析。结果表明:由于蒙脱土、硅酮粉和氢氧化铝协效配合,复合材料的性能产生了较大的变化;复合材料的氧指数、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、体积电阻率、击穿场强以及耐水性呈先增加后下降的趋势;当蒙脱土、硅酮粉、氢氧化铝质量比为9/4/1时,复合材料的氧指数为32,拉伸强度为9.68 MPa,断裂伸长率为825.6%;材料的初始热分解温度为300℃;体积电阻率和击穿场强分别为8.23×10^(12)Ω·m和23.04MV/m;体系在浸水24 h后,拉伸强度为8.90 MPa,耐水性最优;SEM表明炭层结构致密,阻燃效果较优。The synergistic effect of MMT,GM and ATH on the flame retardaney,mechanical,electrical and water resistance properties of SEBS/PP composite were investigated.Layer morphology was analyzed.The results showed that the performance of the composite material would change greatly with the synergistic effect of montmorillonite,silicone powder and aluminum hydroxide.The oxygen index,tensile strength,elongation at break,volume resistivity,breakdown field strength and water resistance of composite increased firstly and then decreased.When the weight ratio of montmorillonite to silicone powder and aluminum hydroxide reaehed to 9/4/1,the oxygen index of the composite reached to 32,the tensile strength reached to 9.68MPa,the elongation at break reached to 825.6%.The initial thermal decomposition temperature of the material reached to 300℃.The volume resistivity and breakdown field strength reached to 8.23×10^12Ω.m and 23.04MV/m,respectively. The tensile strength reached to 8.90MPa after 24h water immersion,and the water resistance was better.SEM showed that the carbon layer had a dense structure and a good flame retardant effect.
