摘  要:为了提高废旧热固性塑料的再生成形性能,以废旧的建筑热固性酚醛树脂保温塑料为对象,基于再生成形机理,采用可调速的塑料粉碎再生试验机,对该废旧塑料进行了粉碎与降解,获得活性回收料,然后采用双螺杆挤出机,通过熔融共混方法制备了混合不同热塑性树脂的再生复合材料。采用激光粒度分析仪、傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、核磁共振交联密度仪、力学性能测试机和导热系数测试仪等表征了再生复合材料的微观结构及性能。结果表明,废旧热固性酚醛树脂塑料在热力耦合作用下,网状交联分子结构被破坏,生成了反应活性和塑性较强的回收料,提高了活性再生能力。加入热塑性树脂后,再生复合材料的力学性能和成形能力明显增强,保温绝热性能和热稳定性降低。力学性能和导热系数测试结果验证了酚醛树脂为主要回收料(质量比例60%~65%)再生成形的可行性,实现了建筑热固性保温材料的循环再生利用。In order to improve the regenerative forming properties of waste thermosetting plastics,the waste thermosetting thermal insulation plastics of exterior wall were crushed and degraded on the basis of the mechanism of regenerative forming with the adjustable speed test machine for comminution and regeneration.Accordingly,the active recovery material was obtained.Then by a twin-screw extruder,the regeneration composite with different thermoplastic resins was fabricated through melt blending method.The regeneration composite was systematically characterized by laser particle size analyzer,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscope,NMR analyser,mechanical performance testing machine and thermal conductivity tester.The experimental results showed that the network cross-linked molecular structure of waste thermosetting phenolic resin plastics was destroyed by the effect of thermomechanical coupling.The active recycled material with strongplasticity was formed.After adding thermoplastic resin,when the mechanical properties and forming ability of the recycled composite were enhanced,the thermal insulation performance and thermal stability were reduced.The test results verified the feasibility of the regenerative forming of the phenolic resin as the main recovery material (mass ratio 60%- 65%).Finally,the recycling of the thermosetting thermal insulation material was realized.
