摘 要:经过30多年的发展,热致形状记忆聚合物在诸多领域中得到了广泛应用。研究学者对其形状记忆行为的研究也逐渐深入,形成了典型的适用于聚合物材料的热致形状记忆行为机理。石田正雄于1989年提出两相理论,德国科学家Marc Behl具体地指出,形状记忆聚合物是由分子开关和网点组成的;香港理工大学的胡金莲提出了较为全面的、基于分子机制发展的3D形状记忆聚合物结构模型;南洋理工大学的黄为民提出了三机制理论。文章详细介绍了具有代表性的热致形状记忆行为机理,阐明了每种机理的适用条件和局限性,并通过具体聚合物材料说明了每种形状记忆行为机理的本质;同时,对热致形状记忆行为机理的研究方向提出了一些设想和建议。After thirty years of development,thermally-stimulated shape memory polymer had been used in many fields. Mechanism of shape memory behavior had been developed gradually and typical ones had been formed.Masahiro Ishida proposed the two-phase theory in 1989.German scientist Marc Behl pointed out that the shape memory polymer was consisted of molecular switches and dots;Hu Jinlian of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University proposed the more comprehensive 3D shape memory polymer structure model;Huang Weimin of Nanyang Technological University proposed the three-mechanism theory.The representative mechanisms for the thermally-stimulated shape memory behavior of polymer were introduced in detail,the applicable conditions and limitations of each mechanism were clarified,the nature of each mechanism through specific polymer was explained;at the same time,some ideas and suggestions on the research direction of the mechanisms for the thermally-stimulated shape memory behavior of polymer would be put forward.
