摘　　要：高校校园的犯罪问题已不是新鲜话题,但却从未离开过公众的视野。一方面,大学生作为具有独立民事行为能力而又正式脱离父母师长"监督"的特殊群体,其"叛逆"的心理特征和"莽撞"的行为模式使得高校治安安全教育成效甚微,公众难免忧心忡忡。另一方面,受整个社会"安全"大气候恶化的影响,高校校园的犯罪问题的确不容乐观。长期以来,校园犯罪问题的预防工作主要以"教育预防"为主,而从规划及环境设计这一"物理预防"层面的安全防范工作却较少得到重视。因此,本文将从犯罪预防的基本理论为切入点,从理论层面分析犯罪预防的两大主流学派—社会犯罪预防和环境犯罪预防的异同,以此为基础分析比较海外高校校园在社会犯罪预防和环境犯罪预防领域的常用措施及成效,并结合我国校园治安安全情况,探讨对我国校园具有借鉴意义的犯罪预防途径。Crime on college campus is not a new topic, but it has never left the public eye. On one hand, college students, as a special group with independent civil capacity and formally divorced from the "supervision" of their parents and teachers, have "rebel" psychological characteristics and "reckless" behavior pattern, which make the college security education have little effect. The public is worried inevitably. On the other hand, due to the deterioration of the social "security" climate, the college campus crime is indeed not optimistic. For a long time, the prevention of campus crime has mainly focused on "education prevention", while less attention is paid to the safety prevention from the "physical prevention" in terms of planning and environmental design. Therefore, from the basic theory of crime prevention, this paper analyzes the similarities and differences between the two mainstream schools of crime prevention—social crime prevention and environmental crime prevention. Based on this, it analyzes and compares the common measures and effects of overseas college campus in the field of social crime prevention and environmental crime prevention, and discusses the crime prevention approaches that can be used for reference to Chinese campus, combing the campus security situation in China.
