摘 要:IEC 61000-4-15标准认为矩形调制幅度(ΔV/V)与短闪Pst满足线性关系KPst=f(KΔV/V),要求闪变仪厂家标定出满足线性误差范围时K的最大值和最小值,IEC 61000-4-30标准进而要求A级闪变仪K的最大值必须为10。研究发现在实际线性测试中,严格依据IEC 61000-4-15标准设计的闪变仪K值的最大值仅为6,不满足IEC 61000-4-30标准A级闪变仪10的要求,指出该值不达标本质原因在于IEC闪变仪归一化环节的时变输出特性改变了矩形调制幅度。MATLAB仿真和实验测试证明了所提观点,该观点对于IEC 61000-4-30标准A级闪变仪的设计和测试规程的制定具有指导意义。As the linear relationship between rectangular fluctuations (△V/V)and short flicker Pst which is the output of IEC flickermeter is satisfied with the function KPst =f(K△V/V),IEC 61000-4-15standard requires that the flickermeter manufacturer should specify the lowest and highest K-value for which the corresponding Pst value is within the error limitation, and even requires that the highest K-value of class A for flickermeter must be 10.Research results show that the highest Kvalue of strictly designed flickermeter according to IEC 61000-4-15 standard is only 6,which is far apart to the linear test requirement of IEC 61000-4-30standard.The substantial reason why the K-value is not qualified is found that the normalized time-varying characteristic of voltage adaptor outputs of IEC flickermeter modifies the rectangular fluctuation.The proposed viewpoint is proved by simulation and experimental test on MATLAB,which act as guidelines to design the IEC flickermeter of class A and its test regulations.
