摘　　要：图书馆馆员培训是提升图书馆服务水平的重要因素。长期以来,我国图书馆馆员培训存在工作切合度低、难以激发馆员学习兴趣和难以引导新思想产生等问题。爱尔兰梅努斯大学图书馆基于"世界咖啡屋"模式的图书馆馆员交流活动,以独特的培训和交流方式促进馆员之间的交流,激发馆员兴趣和创新思维的产生,对我国图书馆馆员培训工作有重要的借鉴意义。Library librarian training is an important factor to improve the service level of the library.For a long time,the training of library librarians in our country has existed problems of low degree of conformity,difficulty to stimulate librarians' interest in learning and guide the emergence of new ideas.Based on the "world cafe"library librarian exchange activities,Maynooth University of Ireland library promotes the exchanges between librarians through unique training and communication methods,and stimulates the interest of librarians and the innovative thinking creation.It is of great significance for the librarians training in our country.
