摘　　要：以国内160家公共图书馆为调查对象,从基本信息、服务设备、资源、经费、服务项目、服务方式和对外合作等方面揭示国内公共图书馆残疾读者服务现状,发现其中存在的问题,并提出强化政府主导、规范无障碍设施、开发二次资源、完善志愿者团队建设、开展线上远程服务、构建多元合作模式等发展策略。Based on the survey of 160 public libraries in China,this paper reveals the existing problems of the disabled readers in public libraries in China from the aspects of basic information,service equipment,resources,funds,service items,service modes and external cooperation.It also puts forward strategies for strengthening government led,standardizing barrier free facilities,redeveloping resources,improving volunteer team building,developing online remote services,and building multiple cooperation modes.
