摘  要:目的比较肝脏普美显MRI动态增强中透视触发法与经验延时法对图像质量的影响,探讨透视触发法在肝脏普美显MRI动态增强中的应用价值。方法将行肝脏普美显MRI动态增强患者随机分为2组,根据增强动脉期采用不同的启动方式分为A组(透视触发法)与B组(经验延时法)。除去受严重呼吸运动伪影影响的图像,对剩余A组78例,B组85例进行图像质量评分:5分及4分图像质量较好,评为优良。采用Mann—whitney检验进行2组评分,P<O.05认为有统计学差异。结果A组动脉期图像的优良率96.15%(75/78),B组动脉期图像的优良率67.06%(57/85),2组优良率比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=27.889,P<O.001),2组图像质量评分差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.747,P<O.001)。结论透视触发法肝脏普美显MRI动态增强比经验延时法所获得的肝脏动脉期图像质量更好,动脉期采集成功率更高,在临床应用上有明显的优势。Objective To compare the effect of fluoroscopic triggering method and empirical delay method on image quality in the liver Gd-EOB-DTPA dynamic enhanced MRI,and to investigate the value of fluoroscopic triggering method in Gd-EOB-DTPA dynamic enhanced MRI.Methods The patients underwent Gd-EOB-DTPA dynamic enhanced MRI were randomly divided into two groups according to the starting modes in the artery phase.Group A used fluoroscopic triggering method and group B used empirical deIay method.Eliminating the images with severe respiratory motion artifacts,the quality of the remaining images in 78cases of group A and 85cases of group B were assessed in scores (excellent=5scores ;good=4scores ).Data was statistically analyzed with Mann-whitney tests,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The excellent rate of the images in group A was 96.15%(75/78).The excellent rate of the images in group B was 67.06%(57/85).There were significant differences between the two groups in the excellent rate (χ^2=27.889, P<0.001)and the image quality scores (χ^2=4.747,P<O.OO1).Conclusion For the liver Gd-EOB-DTPA dynamic enhanced MRI, fluoroscopic triggering method is more likely to get better image quality and higher success rate in artery phase than empirical delay method,which indicates that fluoroscopic triggering method have obviously advantages in clinical applications.
