摘　　要：文章结合条件密度、组合归类的思想,引入Copula的相关性理论,考虑零部件失效之间的相关性,针对转换开关分布服从0-1分布和连续型分布的情况,建立了多类型n部件的冷贮备系统与温贮备系统可靠性评估优化计算模型;并给出了相关性拟合的Copula模型选择方法。This paper combines the idea of condition density and combination classification,introduces the correlation theory of Copula,considers the correlation between components failures,and aims at the case where the switch distribution is subject to the 0-1 distribution and the continuous distribution to establish the optimization calculation model of reliability evaluation for cold-standby system and warm-standby system with n components.The paper also gives the Copula model selection method of correlation fitting.
