中管鼻蝠在湖北和浙江的分布新纪录

摘　　要：2017年7-8月在湖北省通山县九宫山自然保护区和浙江省淳安县,使用蝙蝠竖琴网分别采集到4只(3♂、1♀)和5只(2♂、3♀)蝙蝠标本,中等体型,体毛厚且柔软,颜色分层,背毛基部呈深灰色,毛中部到毛尖颜色由浅棕色过渡到棕褐色;鼻孔突出,朝左右两侧延长成短管状;耳廓圆滑,耳屏尖长;头骨脑颅高,颧弓平直且较宽厚,与中管鼻蝠的外形及头骨特征相符,COⅠ序列构建的系统发育树也同样支持该鉴定结果,故鉴定上述标本为中管鼻蝠,为该种在湖北和浙江翼手目分布新纪录。标本现存于广州大学华南生物多样性保护与利用重点实验室。In July and August 2017,4(3♂,1♀)bats and 5(2♂,3♀)bats were collected as specimens by harp traps from Jiugong Mountain Nature Reserve,Tongshan County,Hubei Province and Chunan County,Zhejiang Province,respectively.These medium-sized bats were found with thick and soft hair of multiple bands of Colours;pelage Coloration was brown above and pale below,with dark gray hair roots;tubular and protuberant nostril,smooth auricle and styloid tragus;ridgy skull with a straight and thick zygomatic arch.The external'and skull characteristic were consistent with those of Murina huttoni,whi'le the identification was also verified by phylogenetic analyses.Hence,they are all identified as M.huttoni,representing new distribution record of Chiroptera in Hubei and Zhejiang Provinces.All specimens are presently kept in Key Laboratory of Conservation and Application in Biodiversity of South China,Guangzhou University.
