补土汤辅治慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚型临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补土汤辅治慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚型的疗效。方法:62例随机分为观察组与对照组各31例。两组均给予常规西医治疗,观察组加用补土汤治疗,两组均治疗28天,观察两组治疗效果、治疗前后肺功能变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),EF、FEV1、FEV1/FVC观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补土汤辅治慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚型疗效较好,可显著改善肺功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the invigorating earth method on chronic obstructive pulmonarydisease at stable stage with lung and spleen asthenia syndrome.Method:62 patients were divided into the observation group andthe control group in random,31 cases in each group.The control group were given western medicine while the observation groupwere given Invigorating Earth Decoction based on the treatment of western medicine additionally.The 2 groups were treated for28 days.The therapeutic effect, the lung function and signs before and after treatment were observed in the 2 groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of EF,FEV1, FEV1/ FVC was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The invigorating earth method hasa significant effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at stable stage with lung and spleen asthenia syndrome, which couldsignificantly improve pulmonary function.
