胶济铁路通道运输组织优化的实践

摘　　要：胶济铁路通道是横贯山东的运输大动脉,连接济南、青岛两大城市,是山东半岛与国内及省内其他地区实现客货运输快速交流的干线通道,同时也是中国铁路济南局集团有限公司重要的黄金运输通道。目前胶济铁路通道运力紧张,现有运能无法满足日益增长的客货运市场需求,运输组织亟需优化。在阐述胶济铁路通道运输组织现状的基础上,从胶济客运专线扩能提效措施、胶济线扩能提效措施、加强技术组织、强化激励考核等方面提出胶济铁路通道运输组织优化的措施。运输组织优化措施有效缓解了运力紧张局面,实现了胶济铁路通道客货量双增效果,可以为其他铁路通道运输组织优化提供参考和借鉴。AS the main transport artery across Shandong province,connecting Jinan and Qingdao,Jiaoji railway corridor is the trunkline to realize fast passenger and freight transportation between Shandong peninsula and other parts of the province.It is also an important golden transport channel for Jinan railway group company in China.At present,the transport capability of Jiaoji railway corridor is tense,and Jiaoji corridor transport organization need to be optimized urgently because of the existing transport capacity failing to meet the growing passenger and freights transport needs.After profound analysis on the present situation of Jiaoji railway transport organization,this paper puts forward the practice of optimizing the transport organization of Jiaoji railway corridor from the four aspects,including the measures to improve the capacity expansion of Jiaoji passenger line,the measures to improve the capacity expansion of Jiaoji railway,the strengthening of technical organization and the strengthening of incentive assessment,which effectively alleviates the tension of transport capacity and realizes the double-increase effect of passenger and freight volume in Jiaoji Railway corridor which can provide reference for the optimization of transport organization of other railway corridors.
