摘　　要：少数民族区域高校学生是大学生群体的重要组成部分,他们就业的情况影响着少数民族区域的发展。良好的就业环境需要相关的法律法规的支撑,具有较强的就业法律意识,既有利于少数民族区域大学生充分就业,实现自我价值,同时又利于实现少数民族地区经济的繁荣。论文在此探讨了少数民族区域大学生就业法律意识的缺失及其形成的原因,并提出相关建议。University students in minority nationality areas are important part of the university students group. Their employment affects the development of ethnic minority regions. Good employment environment requires the support of relevant laws and regulations. A strong legal consciousness of employment is conducive to the full employment and self-realization of university students in minority nationality areas, and at the same time helpful for the economic prosperity the areas.Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the current lack of legal consciousness of university students in minority nationality areas, analyze the reasons, and accordingly pose suggestions on the ground.
