摘  要:基于弹塑性理论和Deform-3D有限元软件,建立了20CrMnTi材料的同步齿套的高速车削的数值分析模型。对比剪切力的力学公式解和数值解,验证了模型的可靠性。以切削用量为因素设计了正交试验,分析了不同切削要素下的切削力的分布规律。利用SPSS软件通过多元线性回归预测了各切削力模型,很好地反映了切削力和切削用量之间的关系。分析结果表明,高速车削工序I的最优切削用量是切削速度为250 m/min、进给量为0.3 mm/r以及背吃刀量为0.5 mm;进给量和背吃刀量对主切削力的影响占主要地位,切削力与主切削力的变化较为一致,切削速度对切削力影响较小。分析结果能为20CrMnTi同步齿套的高速车削工艺参数的制定和优化、生产实践中夹具设计提供数据支持。The numerical analysis model of turning process in a high speed for the synchronous gear sleeve of20 CrMnTi material is established, based on both the elastic-plasticity theory and Deform-3 D finite element software.Meanwhile, the reliability of the model is demonstrated by comparing mechanics formula solution and numerical solution of shear force. For purpose of researching the cutting model, the orthogonal experiment is designed with factors selected based on cutting parameters. The distribution of cutting force is analyzed under different cutting factors. The cutting force models are predicted by multivariate linear regression by SPSS software, which can reflect the relationship between cutting force and cutting amounts well. The results show that the best technology of the high speed turning order I of synchronous gear sleeve with 20 CrMnTi material is cutting speed 250 m/min.Meanwhile,cutting feed rate and depth have a major influence on the main cutting force, the change of cutting force is similar to the main cutting force, while the influence of cutting speed on cutting force is very small. The research results provide data support for fixture design and cutting parameters optimization in high speed turning process of 20 CrMnTi synchronous gear sleeve.
