摘  要:介绍一种利用燃气锅炉热水驱动的吸收式热泵回收烟气余热的方案,可实现烟气"消白"和余热回收。对热水驱动的吸收式热泵结合烟气-水直接接触式换热器回收燃气锅炉烟气余热的系统方案进行探讨,推导燃气锅炉和热水驱动的吸收式热泵余热回收系统的总效率公式,对某供热中心的余热回收项目进行测试和运行分析。实测数据表明,系统的运行效果较好,热泵的性能系数可以保持在1.8左右。A scheme of recovering flue gas waste heat by using the absorption heat pump driven by hot water of gas boiler is introduced,which can realize the flue gas ’whitening’ and the waste heat recovery.The system scheme of recovering gas boiler flue gas waste heat by combining the hot water-driven absorption heat pump with the flue gas-water direct contact heat exchanger is discussed.The total efficiency formula of the hot water-driven absorption heat pump waste heat recovery system and the gas boiler is derived.The test and operation analysis of the waste heat recovery project of a heating center are performed.The measured data show that the system has a good operation effect,and the performance coefficient of the heat pump can be kept at around 1.8.
