摘  要:建立LNG储罐内分层翻滚的二维物理模型和数学模型,使用FLUENT软件对16×10~4m^3的LNG储罐进行数值模拟,研究层间不同密度差对翻滚的影响,对不同密度差下LNG储罐内两相邻分层发生翻滚的过程进行对比。研究表明:当相邻两液体层中上层密度大于下层密度时,在重力作用下,上层LNG会向下层移动,稳定状态发生变化,随着液体的流动混合扰乱分界面,导致分界面被破坏,进而发生翻滚现象。在相同储罐直径和分层厚度时,两相邻层间的密度差越大,翻滚出现的时间越早,翻滚过程越剧烈,且持续时间越长。The two-dimensional physical model and mathematical model of stratification and rollover in LNG storage tank are established.The numerical simulation of 16 × 10~4 m^3 LNG storage tank is performed by FLUENT software to study the influence of the different density differences between the layers on the rollover and to compare the rollover process of two adjacent layers in LNG storage tank with different density differences.The study shows that when the density of the upper layer in the two adjacent liquid layers is greater than the density of the lower layer,under the effect of gravity,the upper layer of LNG moves to the lower layer,and the steady state changes.With the flow and mix of the liquid,the layered interface is disturbed,it leads to the breakage of the interface,and then the phenomenon of rolling occurs.With the same tank diameter and stratification thickness,the greater the density difference between the two adjacent layers,the earlier the rolling occurs,the more intense the rolling process is and the longer the duration is.
