摘  要:钢网架与机电系统一体化整体液压提升,少有工程实例。在钢网架集成机电系统整体提升有限元分析的基础上,深入探讨了钢网架加载机电系统后,网架竖向形变对机电系统中材质的影响,从而确定了钢网架集成机电系统一体化提升的施工方案。该技术方案在珠海航展中心新建主展馆工程中进行了应用,圆满完成施工任务。The steel mesh frame and the electromechanical system are integrated with the overall hydraulic lifting,and there are few engineering examples.Based on the finite element analysis of the integrated lifting electromechanical system of steel grid,this paper deeply discusses the influence of the vertical deformation of the grid on the material in the electromechanical system after loading the electromechanical system of the steel grid,thus determining the integrated electromechanical system of the steel grid.Integrated and enhanced construction plan.The technical solution was applied in the new main exhibition hall project of Zhuhai Airshow Center,and the construction task was successfully completed.
