免拆金属模板网在水电站混凝土施工中的应用

摘  要:以某国际工程溢流坝II期混凝土施工为例,研究了免拆金属模板网技术在溢流坝高能混凝土施工中的应用。从定量角度,依据行业规范SL352—2006《水工混凝土试验规程》(附条文说明)、DL/T5150—2001《水工混凝土试验规程》技术规范试验定量的检测结果表明:免拆金属模板网技术混凝土比传统人工凿毛混凝土有更高的抗劈拉强度、轴拉强度、摩擦系数、粘结力及抗压强度等物理力学性能,混凝土质量缺陷也比较少,工程质量更容易保证。通过成本和进度比较,采用我国免拆金属模板网技术能节约施工成本,加快施工进度,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。For example,studied removal metal formwork technology in construction of spillway stage II high performance concrete in international project.Based on SL352-2006,DL/T5150-2001 Technical Specification,quantitative testing results showed that:fast-ribbed formwork technology have more higher anti-splitting tensile strength,axial tensile strength,friction coefficient,adhesion strength and compressive strength than traditionally artificial chiseling concrete,concrete quality defect were relatively smaller,quality was ensured more easily.Compared cost and schedule,ribbed formwork technology could save more construction costs,also speeded up the construction schedule,achieved better economic and social benefits.
