民族药五味藤的文献考证

摘　　要：五味藤在汉、壮、瑶,傣及基诺族的聚居区均有应用史,植物来源均为蝉翼藤(Securidaca inappendiculata Hassk.)。现有文献表明,五味藤的最早的药用记录源自1970年《广西中草药》,之后不断有文献丰富记载。因其有甘、酸、咸,苦、辛五味,故得名五味藤;药性微寒,有功效为祛风除湿、活血散瘀、消肿止痛之功,主治跌打损伤、风湿骨痛、急性肠胃炎。药材以全株入药欠妥,其根和茎在化学成分及药理学上具有较高的一致性,宜作为五味藤的药用部位,五味藤叶则与根茎差异较大,宜单列为新的药材。五味藤有小毒,内服用量应小于15 g,外用则适量。Ethnic drug "wu wei teng"(WWT,Securidaca inappendiculata Hassk.)was used as medicine in Han,Zhuang, Yao,Dai and Jinuo nationality region.The literature now available .indicated:The original medicinal record of WWT was "Guangxi Chinese herbal medicine"in 1970.After that,there were plenty of records.It showed sweet,sour,salty,bitter,pungent in flavours, so hence the name.slightly cold in nature.The main efficacy contained dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,activating blood flow and removing blood stasis,detumescence for relieving pain.It was used on traumatic injuries,rheumatic bone pain,acute gastro- enteritis.Whole plant used as medicine was improper.Radix and stem should be as WWT medicament portions,because they showed high consistency in chemical composition and pharrnacological activity,except for leaves.So WWT leaves should be as new medicinal materials.WWT oral dosage should below 15g for slightly toxic,while topical use was no limited.
