摘　　要：雪上一枝蒿是西南地区驰名的一种治疗骨折、止痛的民间草药,具有镇痛、抗炎、局部麻醉和抗肿瘤等作用。其在临床应用广泛,对多种危急重症疗效独特,但毒性较强,毒性主要作用于神经、循环、消化及呼吸系统,致死原因多为严重心律失常和呼吸麻痹。为了更好地达到减毒增效的目的,减少临床应用中的毒副反应,文章雪上一枝蒿毒性的文献报道,对雪上一枝蒿的中毒原因、特点、机制及减毒解读方法进行综述,以期对雪上一枝蒿的临床安全用药提供参考。Aconitum brachypodum diels is widely used as folk medicine in southwest china,which showing significant effects for the treatment of bruises and pain,aconitum brachypodum diels has the efficacy of analgesia,anti-inflammatory,local anesthesia and antineoplastic.It is widely used in clinic,and shows unique efficacy in treating severediseases.However,aconitum brachypodum diels has great toxicity with nervous,circulatory,digestive and respiratory system.Causes of death are mostly severe arrhythmia and respiratory paralysis.Therefore,in order to further develop the synergistic effect,attenuated toxicity and reduce its side effect in clinical application,this article gives comprehensive comments on Aconitum brachypodum diels's toxicity causes,characteristics, mechanism and detoxification methods on the basis of relevant reports for it's toxicity.It is expected to provide valuable reference for the safety application of aconitum brachypodum diels.
