摘 要:全桥变换电路具有功率开关器件电压、电流应力小,功率变压器利用率高等优点,在中大功率应用场合得到广泛应用。全桥脉宽调制(PWM)变换器中,通过变压器初级峰值电流控制能很好地抑制功率变压器直流偏磁,可有效提高装置的可靠性。针对目前现有电流检测方法存在的不足,提出了一种磁隔离的交流电流峰值检测电路,结合峰值电流控制技术可有效抑制初级电流的直流偏置,实现高可靠控制。给出了检测电路的电路拓扑,详细分析了工作原理和设计准则。最后通过仿真和实验验证了上述理论的可行性和正确性。The full-bridge converter circuit is widely used in medium and high power applications since it has low voltage and current stress and high utilization ration of power transformer and so on.In full-bridge pulse width modulation(PWM)converter,the primary peak current control can suppress the direct current magnetic bias of power transformer,which can effectively improve the reliability of the device.In order to overcome the disadvantages existed in detection methods of current,a magnetic isolation circuit for peak detection of alternating current is proposed.Combined with the peak current control technology,this circuit can effectively suppress the direct current bias of primary current to achieve high reliable control.It provides the topology,the operating principle and design critertion of the detection circuit.Finally,simulation and experiment demonstrate the correctness and feasibility of the proposed theory.
