摘  要:利用乳液聚合工艺制备了苯乙烯-丙烯腈的聚丁二烯橡胶(PB)接枝共聚物,然后与苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN树脂)共混制备了ABS树脂。研究了预溶胀时间、反应温度和反应时间对接枝聚合过程中乳液粒径大小及ABS树脂性能的影响。结果表明,预溶胀有利于ABS树脂冲击强度的增加;接枝聚合反应的最佳的反应温度和反应时间分别为65℃和120 min。The polybutadiene rubber (PB)grafted with styrene and acrylonitrile was synthesized by emulsion polymerization process.Then the ABS resin was prepared by blending these copolymers with styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer (SAN resin).The effects of preswelling time,reaction temperature and reaction time on emulsion particle size and ABS resin properties were studied.The results showed that the preswelling was beneficial to increase the impact strength of ABS resin.The optimum reaction temperature and reaction time of Grafting polymerization were 65℃ and 120 min,respectively.
