摘  要:以N-甲基吗啉,溴代正丁烷,氟硼酸钠为原料,合成了N-甲基-N-丁基吗啉氟硼酸盐离子液体。将其应用于正丁酸乙酯的催化合成,考察了酸/醇摩尔比,反应温度,离子液体用量和反应时间对酯化率的影响。利用正交实验得出正丁酸乙酯的最佳合成条件为:反应温度110℃,时间3. 0 h,离子液体用量0. 1 g,酸醇摩尔比1∶2. 5。在最佳条件下,进行了验证实验,实验结果显示正丁酸乙酯的酯化率达到56%以上。N-methyl-N-butyl morpholinium fluoroborate ionic liquid was synthesized using N-methyl morpholine, bromo-n-butane and sodium fluoroborate as raw materials.It was applied to the catalytic synthesis of ethyl butyrate,at the same time,the effects of raw material ratio,reaction temperature,dosage of ionic liquid and reaction time on esterification rate were investigated.The optimum preparation conditions were obtained by orthogonal test:reaction temperature was 110℃,reaction time was 3.0h,amount of ionic liquid was 0.1g,molar ratio of acid to alcohol was 1: 2.5.The experimental results showed that the esterification rate of ethyl butyrate was over 56%.
