摘  要:采用超声及溶液混合的方法制备了丁苯橡胶/石墨烯复合涂料,并通过3. 5%NaCl溶液加速腐蚀及电化学分析等方法对涂层性能进行评价。Tafer曲线分析表明,石墨烯的添加明显提高涂层防腐效果,其改善程度与石墨烯的分散性及含量等参数有关; EIS分析显示,石墨烯的添加能增加电荷转移电阻,使Nyquist图半圆半径最大; SEM及EDS测试表明,石墨烯能降低腐蚀介质接触到金属基底的速率,减缓腐蚀物的产生。Styrene butadiene rubber/graphene composite coatings were prepared by ultrasonic treatment and solution mixing.Then the properties of the coatings were evaluated by accelerated corrosion with 3.5% NaCl solution and electrochemical analysis.The analysis of Taler curves showed that the addition of graphene significantly improved the anticorrosion effect of the coating,and its improvement was related to the parameters such as the dispersibility and co.ntent of graphene.The analysis of EIS indicated that the addition of graphene can increase the charge transfer resistance and make the radius of Nyquist semicircle the largest.SEM and EDS tests displayed that graphene can reduce the rate at which corrosive media contacted the metal substrate and slow the generation of corrosives.
