摘  要:建立酸枣仁的电化学指纹图谱。采用H_2SO_4-MnSO_4-KBrO_3-丙酮化学振荡体系,研究了中药酸枣仁的化学指纹图谱,并对温度、中药用量、搅拌速率等反应条件进行考察,推断反应的机理。确定最佳实验条件为:搅拌速度为400 r·min^(-1),温度310 K,加入0. 1500 g酸枣仁粉末。该化学指纹图谱可进行酸枣仁的区别和鉴定。该方法简便、灵敏度高、可靠,可为中药酸枣仁的鉴别及研究中药治疗疾病提供理论依据。To establish the nonlinear fingerprint of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen,H2SO4-MnSO4-KBrO3-CH3COCH3 chemical oscillation system was used with Ziziphi Spinosae Semen as reaction substrate to get the electrochemical fingerprint of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen by recording the eleetrochemical potentialo of the oscillation system over time using electrochemical workstation.By investigating the effect of reaetion conditions and reactant concentration on oscillation curves,the oscillation reaction conditions were optimized.The reaction conditions such as temperature and the amount of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen were investigated,and the reaction mechanism was proposed.The optimum experimental conditions were as follows:the stirring speed was 400r ·min^-1 ,the temperature was 310K,and 0.15g Ziziphi Spinosae Semen.The electrochemical fingerprint could be used for the identification of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen.The method was simple,high sensitivity and reliable.The identification of Chinese herbal medicine and the theoretical basis about the disease for Chinese medicine were applied by electrochemical fingerprints technology.
