摘　　要：自普光天然气净化厂投产以来,硫磺回收装置生产运行平稳,硫磺产品质量合格。文章以硫磺回收装置和尾气处理装置的生产工艺特点为考察对象,来分析硫磺回收装置和尾气处理装置中影响硫转化率的主要因素有哪些,并根据影响因素的内容提出如何提高硫转化率的具体措施方法,为普光天然气净化厂硫磺回收装置的长期平稳运行和环境保护做出一份保障。Since Puguang Natural Gas Purification Plant was put into production,the sulfur recovery unit was operating steadily and the quality of sulfur products was qualified.Taking the characteristics of the production process of the sulfur recovery unit and the tail gas treatment unit as the objects of investigation,the main factors affecting the sulfur conversion rate of the sulfur recovery unit and the tail gas treatment unit were analyzed,and how to increase the sulfur conversion rate was proposed according to the content of the influencing factors.The specific measures and methods could provide a guarantee for the long-term stable operation and Natural Gas Purification Plant. environmental protection of the sulfur recovery unit of Puguang
