摘　　要：在离子膜电解生产烧碱过程中,经过精制的一次盐水再经膜过滤后,盐水中夹带质量浓度约为0. 4g/L的碳酸钠。总结了陕西北元化工集团股份有限公司化工分公司对二次精制前的过滤盐水加酸的经验,在二次精制前进行酸化处理,用以消除盐水精制过程中过量的碳酸钠,减少氯气中二氧化碳含量,提高氯气纯度。In the process of ion membrane electrolysis to produce caustic soda,primarily refined brine is filtered by membrane filter.The obtained filtered brine contained sodium carbonate with a mass concentration of about 0.4g/L.The brine needs to be acidified before secondary refining to eliminate the ex- cess sodium carbonate,in order to reduce carbon dioxide content in chlorine and increase the purity of chlorine.The experience that Chemical Branch of Shaanxi Beiyuan Chemical Group Co.,Ltd.obtained in improving the addition of acid to filtered brine before secondary refining is summarized.
