摘 要:为优化设计氯碱工业离子膜电解槽,采用Fluent流体力学软件和自定义反应方程模型对电解槽阳极室内流体流动与传质情况进行了数值模拟,得到了浓度场分布。考察了循环板位置和安装角度对氯离子浓度方差的影响。结果表明:当循环板与离子膜的距离一定时,随着循环板竖直倾斜角度增大,氯离子浓度的方差值越大;当循环板竖直倾斜角度一定时,随着循环板与离子膜的距离增大,氯离子浓度的方差值先增大后减小。In order to optimally design the ion-exchange membrane cell of chlor-alkali industry,the fluid flow and mass transfer characteristics in the anodic chamber were simulated by using fluid dynamic software Fluent and self-defined reaction model.The distribution of concentration was obtained.The effects of the position and installation angle of the circulating plate on the variances of chloride ion concentration were observed.The results show that,when the distance between the circulating plate and the ion-exchange membrane is constant,the variances of chloride ion concentration increase with the vertical angle of the circulating plate,and that when the vertical angle of circulating plate is given,the variances of chloride ion concentration increase with the distance between the circulating plate and the ion-exchange membrane to a peak and then start to decrease.
