摘  要:陕西金泰氯碱化工有限公司22万t/a烧碱装置联产的氯气除生产PVC,还要外销2. 5万t/a液氯。为解决液氯安全环保隐患,通过增加氢气量,消耗装置富余氯气,增加了聚氯乙烯产能。增加氢气方案包括回用氯乙烯尾气和开启电解水制氢装置。针对运行过程的重点问题提出解决方案。改造后,每年可增加销售收入7 700万元,而且改动幅度小,投资少,占地面积小。The production capacity of caustic soda plant in Shaanxi Jintai Chlor-Alkali Chemical Co.,Ltd.is 220000t/a.The co-produced chlorine gas is mainly consumed in production of PVC and 25000t/a liquid chlorine needs marketing.In order to solve the safety and environmental hazards of liquid chlorine,the production capacity of polyvinyl chloride was increased by increasing hydrogen volume and consuming excess chlorine gas.The scheme of increasing hydrogen volume includes reusing the tail gas of vinyl chloride and operating a water electrolysis unit for production of hydrogen.Solutions to key problems in operation process are proposed.Therefore,the annual sales revenue can be increased by 77 million yuan.Moreover,this method has the advantages of less modification,small investment and small floor space.
