摘　　要：氯碱行业具有工艺流程长、管道设备多、安全环境要求高、能耗大等特点,这些因素都对企业投资与技术改造能力提出较高的要求。通过不断的技术改造可以达到消除运行隐患、节能降耗增效、保持企业竞争力的目的。投资技改工作涉及的设备、工艺众多,需要提前调研、充分沟通、认真组织执行才能保证技改工作的安全顺利完成,给企业带来效益。Chlor-alkali industry has the characteristics of long process flow,many pipelines and equipment,high requirement of safety environment and high energy consumption.All these factors put forward higher requirements for enterprises'investment and technological transformation ability.Through continuous technological transformation,we can eliminate the hidden dangers in operation,save energy, reduce consumption and increase efficiency,and maintain the competitiveness of enterprises.There is much equipment and many processes involved in the investment and the technological transformation.It is necessary to investigate in advance,communicate fully and organize the implementation carefully in order to ensure safe and smooth completion of technological transformation and bring benefits to enterprises.
