水洗树脂版中一种紫外吸收剂的测试分析

摘　　要：本文研究了水洗树脂版中一种紫外吸收剂的分离提纯和测试分析方法。采用核磁共振(1HNMR)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)等方法进行测试,分析结果显示,此种紫外吸收剂为TINUVIN326,即2-(2’-羟基-3’-叔丁基-5’-甲基苯基)-5-氯代苯并三唑,CAS号3896-11-5。用于光固化水洗树脂版中,起到吸收紫外线的作用,从而使含烯烃的聚酯树脂在处理和存放过程中保持稳定。In this paper, a kind of ultraviolet absorbent in water washable photopolymer plate was analyzed using 1 H NMR, FT-IR and UV-vis. The result showed that the ultraviolet absorbent is TINUVIN 326, i.e. Phenol, 2-(5-chloro-2 H-benzotriazole-2-yl)-6-(1, 1-dimethylethyl)-4-methyl-, of which the CAS number is 3896-11-5. It can keep the polyester resin which includes unsaturated alkenes stable during storage and transportation.
