摘　　要：经济全球化趋势下旅游业跨国投资与经营蓬勃发展。然而,相比愈加频繁的旅游业跨国投资与经营实践,旅游业跨国投资与经营研究是长期被忽视的研究领域。在梳理相关文献的基础上,基于旅游业跨国投资与经营的行为逻辑,构建旅游业跨国投资与经营"主体-动因-过程-效应"的综合研究框架,进而综述各领域的主要研究内容与观点。最后,在总结旅游业跨国投资与经营研究具有微观主义转向、文化制度转向和实用主义转向等3种研究趋势的基础上提出本领域的研究展望。Cross-border investment and operation in tourism industry are economic activities that aim to achieve intended purposes through capital flows and cross-country commercial presence. Since World War Ⅱ, due to the global wave of transnational investment and operation, cross-border investment and operation in service industry have maintained their growth momentum. The crossborder investment and operation in tourism industry, in which hospitality industry is the major area, are still in the ascendant. In the 1960s and 1970s, the cross-border investment and operation in tourism was initiated. The investors were mainly from developed economies such as the United States, Japan,Australia, Spain and other developed countries in terms of tourism. In 1980s, the transnational investment and operation were launched in tourism industry. Taking the international hospitality industry as an example, Dunning and McQueen examined the eclectic theory of international production, which is a leading work in this field, indicating that the research on cross-border investment and operation in tourism entered the initial stage. Since then, along with the increasing global trades and transactions, the international tourism business has been developed continuously, which leads to the booming of the cross-border investment and business practices in this industry.However, compared with the research on the increasingly frequent business practice in tourism,the research on transnational investment and operation in tourism has been neglected for a long time.By February 2018, we found only 35 papers in Chinese and 120 papers in English after searching for key words such as"tourism","hotel"and"transnational investment/operation"on CNKI for Chinese articles and "tourism","hotel","lodging","hospitality","multinational","transnational","global","international", and"foreign direct investment"on Science Direct and Google Scholar for English articles.
