摘  要:本文针对河北某地冶金尘泥硫酸浸出锌、铁设计了正交试验,并对试验结果进行了极差分析。极差分析结果表明:最佳试验条件为A3B3C3,即硫酸浓度为0.6 mol/L,液固比为7:1,反应时间为25 min,此时锌的浸出率为97.03%,铁的浸出率为9.98%。并对浸出渣进行荧光光谱分析及XRD检测,试验结果表明含锌矿物大部分被很好的浸出进入浸出液中,且含铁矿物赤铁矿、磁铁矿浸出率很低。In order to study the influence of various factors on zinc sulfate leaching,the orthogonal experiment was designed for blast furnace flue dust.The best test results can be get in the orthogonal experiment,it namely that when the sulfuric acid concentration was 0.6mol/L,liquid-solid ratio was 7:1,and the reaction time was 25min,the zinc leaching rate can reach at 97.03%,the leaching rate of iron can reach at 9.98%.To evaluate the product in the leaching residue,it can be found that the raw material contains zinc content was mostly leached into the leach liquor.the leaching rate of hematite and magnetite was low.
