摘  要:学校课程领导是课程发展的新趋势,使教师与课程之间的关系发生了新的变化,给体育教师提供了"教师即研究者"的转型契机。运用文献资料法和专家访谈法,对学校课程领导下体育教师课程赋权的困境进行剖析,指出校长课程领导意识薄弱、体育教师专业能力不足、课程权力认同感较低以及校本课程开发受阻等造成体育教师课程赋权困境的因素。针对这些困境,提出通过将权力下放和增能两种途径来改善体育教师课程赋权的现状,以此提高体育教师课程赋权,推动新课改顺利推行。School curriculum leadership is the new trend in curriculum development; it brings new changes between teachers and curriculum,and provides a chance for teachers to become teacher and researcher. This study analyzed the predicament of physical education teachers' course empowerment under the perspective of school curriculum leadership,and then put forward that the weak sense of curriculum leadership of principals,the insufficient professional ability of physical education teachers,the low sense of identity of curriculum power and the obstruction of school-based curriculum development are the factors causing the predicament. This study also put forward two ways to improve the status quo of physical education teachers' curriculum empowerment through decentralization and empowerment,so as to improve physical education teachers' curriculum empowerment and promote the smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform.
