摘  要:培育和提高公管类专业创新人才的就业竞争力,是当前高校公管类专业人才培养模式改革的重要任务。公管类专业创新性人才的就业竞争力由公管学科素养、综合管理技能、个人道德品质、学习与思考能力、自我调适能力、实践操作能力等要素组成。当前,公管类专业创新性人才就业竞争力培养尚存在一些困境,有必要从高校、社会、家庭、个人等方面入手,多措并举,着力培育和提升其就业竞争力。Cultivating the employment competitiveness of innovative talents of public management majors is an important task in reforming the training mode of Public Management Specialty in colleges and universities.Employment competitiveness of those talents is mainly composed of public management knowledge,comprehensive management skills, personal moral quality,learning and thinking capacities,self-adjustment abilities,and practical operation abilities.At present,there are some problems in this training.Therefore,it needs the joint efforts of the whole society including colleges and universities,families and individuals to work out effective ways to cultivate and enhance the employment competitive abilities of innovative talents of public management majors.
