酪酸梭菌活菌散结合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨酪酸梭菌活菌散结合蒙脱石散治疗婴幼儿秋冬季腹泻的效果。方法选取2016年6月至2017年7月我院收治的秋冬季腹泻婴幼儿患者50例,随机均分为两组。对照组采用蒙脱石散治疗,观察组采用酪酸梭菌活菌散结合蒙脱石散治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的大便好转时间、退热时间以及止泻时间均显著短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的68.00%(P <0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的24.00%(P <0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌活菌散结合蒙脱石散治疗秋冬季腹泻婴幼儿,可以有效缓解患儿的临床症状,提高治疗效果,减少不良反应。Objective To explore the effect of clostridiura butyricum powder (live)combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea in,autumn and winter.Methods 50cases of infantile diarrhea in autumn and winter admitted to our hospital from June 2016to August 2017were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 25cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with clostridium butyricum powder (live)combined with montmorillonite powder.The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The stool improvement time,antipyretic time and antidiarrheal time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%,significantly higher than 68.00%of the control group (P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 4.00%,significantly lower than 24.00%of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusions Clostridium butyricum powder (live)combined with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea in autumn and winter can effectively relieve children's clinical symptoms,improve the curative effect and reduce adverse reactions.
