摘  要:以小白菜为种植材料,利用蚯蚓消化秸秆、药渣、菇渣、牛粪等有机固体废弃物产生的蚓粪为有机肥,与园土按不同比例混合为栽培基质,研究蚓粪添加量对小白菜可溶性蛋白和硝酸盐含量、土壤有效氮含量和脲酶活性的影响。结果表明,添加蚓粪能提高小白菜可溶性蛋白含量,降低小白菜硝酸盐含量,提高土壤有效氮含量和脲酶活性,为小白菜提供优质氮源;其中蚓粪与园土体积比为2∶2时的效果最佳。Using Chinese cabbages as planting materials , and vermicomposts , which is produced through di -gestion of organic solid wastes such as straw , medicine residues , mushroom residues , and cow dung , and gardensoil mixed proportionally as culture substrates ,we studied the influences of vermicompost dosage on contents ofsoluble protein and nitrate of Chinese cabbage , available nitrogen content and urease activity of soil.The resultsshow that the addition of vermicomposts increases the soluble protein content of Chinese cabbage , the availablenitrogen content of soil , and the urease activity of soil , and decreases the nitrate content of Chinese cabbage ,which provides a high quality nitrogen source for Chinese cabbage.Furthermore,the treatment effect is the bestwhen vermicomposts mix with garden soil in the volume proportion of 2∶2.
