摘  要:近年来,纳米级至亚纳米级孔道在离子选择性输运上的研究得到了极大的关注,也取得了很大的进展。本课题组利用所发明的新方法所制备的对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纳米孔薄膜,具有尺寸结构相对较统一的纳米孔和优异的离子输运性能。确定其纳米孔的尺寸和结构对于更好地了解其输运机理,进而改进制备工艺,有着极大的推动作用。本工作沿用9.5Me V·u-1的铋离子辐照聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜,注量从5×109cm-2到5×1011 cm-2不等,之后进行充分紫外照射等处理。通过上海同步辐射光源X射线小角散射实验(Small Angle X-ray Scattering, SAXS)获得了样品的散射图,应用改进的圆柱(hard cylinder)模型和核壳(core shell)模型对散射图谱进行拟合与分析,发现对于完成制备的样品,改进的核壳模型与实验数据具有非常好的一致性。拟合结果表明:完成制备后的纳米孔有径迹核和边缘壳精细结构,且核的半径为0.5~0.6 nm,壳的厚度为7~8 nm。[Background] Recent researches focusing on seeking excellent ionic permeability and selectivity in a nanoscale or even sub-nanometer scale have made great progress. Notably, we have established a new technique to fabricate uniform-sized nanopores in polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films, which shows great performance in ion transport. [Purpose] This study aims to apply small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) measurement to investigate the track structures in different fabrication stages. [Methods] Nonporous membranes were fabricated by irradiating PET films with 9.5 MeV·u^-1 Bi in the range of 5×10^9 cm^-2 to 5×1011 cm^-2 followed by UV treatment and adequate infiltration. Structures of fabricated samples were measured at SAXS beamline of Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility (SSRF) to obtain scattering spectra. Modified hard cylinder model and core shell model were employed to fit and analyze scattering spectra of samples in and after all fabrication procedures. [Results] The fitting results showed that the nanopore in the final fabrication stage has a fine structure of 0.5~0.6 nm and a shell of 7~8 nm in radius. [Conclusion] The SAXS techniques can be used to obtain the structure information of polymeric sub-nanometer pores.
