摘　　要：目前,我国东部、中部和西部的公共图书馆事业发展还处在不均衡、不充分阶段。在实施《公共图书馆法》的背景下,如何依法进一步改善和促进公共图书馆资源融合与服务合作,推动公共图书馆事业整体同步协调、科学健康和可持续发展,已经成为当今乃至今后一个时期值得我国公共图书馆工作者和研究者思考和探索的重要课题之一。本文以湘鄂赣皖公共图书馆联盟的巡回讲座实践为例,结合工作体会,探讨依法助推公共图书馆跨省合作讲座服务常态化可持续发展的相关问题。At present, the development of public libraries in the eastern, central and western China is still uneven and inadequate. In the context of the implementation of the Public Libraries Act, how to further improve the integration of public library resources and service collaboration, and how to promote the overall synchronization, coordination, so as to realize scientific, healthy and sustainable development of public library undertakings have become most important topics for public library practitioners and researchers in China. Taking the practice of the touring lectures of Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi and Anhui public libraries for example, the paper explores the methods of promoting the sustainable development of inter-provincial cooperation regarding lecture service in public libraries in accordance with the law.
