摘  要:对高强轴承钢GCr15进行了淬火加低温回火的热处理,通过金相显微镜、体式显微镜和电子探针等手段研究了热处理后GCr15钢在NaCl溶液中腐蚀后的组织变化和腐蚀行为。结果表明:热处理后GCr15钢在NaCl溶液中会发生严重局部腐蚀;热处理后GCr15钢的局部存在诱发腐蚀的活性点,故该位置较早发生腐蚀;回火马氏体的耐蚀性较差,发生吸氧腐蚀,而回火马氏体之间的残余奥氏体具有较强的耐蚀性,对基体的进一步腐蚀有一定的阻碍作用。Heat - treatment of quenching and low - temperature tempering was conducted for high strength bearing steelGCr15.The changes of microstructure and corrosion behavior of the heat - treated GCr15steel corroded in NaClsolution were studied by means of metallographic microscope , stereo microscope and electron probe.The results showthat severe localized corrosion happened to the heat - treated GCr15steel corroded in NaCl solution.There were someactive points inducing localized corrosion in the heat- treated GCr15steel , so localized corrosion occurred early in thesepositions.The tempered martensite in the heat - treated GCr15steel suffered oxygen corrosion because of bad corrosionresistance , and the residual austenite in the tempered martensite could delay the further corrosion of substrate because of good corrosion resistance.
