摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪、万能试验机、扫描电镜、能谱仪、光学显微镜等手段,对美国市场退回的除湿机蒸发器上的失效铜管进行了测试,分析了其失效原因。结果表明:失效是因铜管发生了由外向内扩展的蚁巢腐蚀,且蒸发器上镀锌钢板腐蚀后产生的铁锈水是诱发蚁巢腐蚀的重要原因。建议从改变结构设计、把控生产过程及原材料、试用对蚁巢腐蚀不敏感的新型铜合金着手来降低蚁巢腐蚀发生的概率。The failed copper tube in an evaporator for one of dehumidifiers returned from American market were tested to analyze failure reasons by means of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES), universal testing machine,scanning electron microscope (SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS)and optical microscope (OM).The results show that the failure was due to the expansion of ant nest corrosion from outside to inside on the copper tube,but the rust water produced by corrosion of galvanized steel plate on the evaporator was an important incentive of the ant nest corrosion.It is suggested that the probability of ant nest corrosion should be reduced by changing structural design,controlling production process and raw materials,and trying out new copper alloys that are less sensitive to ant nest corrosion.
