摘　　要：针对水平井管外窜漏产生的高产液、高含水、低产油现象,为解决常规封窜堵水措施施工工艺复杂、风险高、周期长、效果差等问题,研制了一种水平井预置速凝堵剂管外封窜技术。该技术利用预置速凝堵剂对水平井管外进行分段封隔,且挤注完成后通道自动关闭,无过顶替或顶替不到位等问题,具有施工简单快速,预置速凝堵剂剂量准确、用量少,封隔强度高,安全可靠等特点。该技术在冀东油田浅层水平井成功应用3井次,综合含水降低10个百分点,达到了控水稳油的目的。该技术可用于水平井及大斜度井管外封窜,具有广泛的应用前景。In order to improve the high liquid production,high water-cut and low oii production challenges result from external channeling in horizontal well,an external plugging with preset quick-setting agent was developed to treat the problems of complicated operation,high risk,long,cycle , poor plugging performance and other aspects in conventional water plugging.The preset quick-setting plugging agent is used in muhi-stage external plugging and the channel is automatically closed after the squeezing operation without the problems of over-replacement or under -replacement.This technology is featured by simple and rapid operation,accurate dosage of the preset quick-setting plugging agent,less dosage,high isolation strength,high safety and reliability.It has been successfully applied in the shallow horizontal wells of Jidong Oilfield for 3 well-times.The comprehensive water-cut was reduced by 10 percentage points,which shows a perfect performance in water-cut controlling and oil stabilization.This technology can he used for the external plugging of horizontal and high-angle wells,which indicates a wide application prospect.
