摘 要:大王庄油田注水井井筒条件复杂、储层结构特殊,常规的机械分注工艺效果较差,注入水单层突进问题严重,水驱效果差。针对该区块套管变形、损坏、地层出砂、夹层薄等问题,开展了投球调剖技术研究。研究结果表明:调剖球密度与措施井注入水的密度差可控制在0.002g/cm^3内,有效封堵率可达80.0%以上;调剖球抗压强度为80MPa,满足封堵射孔炮眼的需要;措施后注水量不变,平均注水压力上升了2.2MPa,吸水剖面改善率为92.8%,主力吸水层吸水强度平均降低了0.7 m^3/(d·m)。现场试验证明:新型调剖球解决了封堵率低、措施有效期短的问题,特别适用于开采效果差、常规分注工艺无法奏效的注水井,尤其适合于解决井段长、井斜大、层数多、夹层小、套管变形或损坏、出砂结垢等存在大修风险的注水井调剖分注。该技术现场操作简单快速,成本低、精度高,具有广泛的应用前景。The mechanical separate injection shows a poor performance in the water injection well with complex borehole condition and special reservoir structure,which usually leads to serious water breakthrough along single layer and low waterflooding efficiency.The injection-profile control with floating ball is studied to cope with the problems of case deformation and damage,formation sand production,thin interlayer,etc.Study indicates that the density difference between profile-control ball and injecting water can be maintained within 0.002g/cm^3 and the effective sealing rate is up to 80.0%.The compressive strength of profile-control ball is 8MPa,which could seal the perforation hole.After injection-profile control with floating ball,the average water injection pressure is increased by 2.2MPa,the water injection profile improvement rate is up to 92.8%,the average water injection rate of major layer is reduced by 0.7m^3/( d·m).Pilot test illustrates that the new profile-control bass significantly improves the sealing rate and responding period.It is suitable for water injection well with low productivity and poor performance in conventional separate injection process.This technology is especially applicable to the water injection well with high overhaul risk,including long hole section,high inclination,multiple layers,thin interlayer,case deformation or damage,formation sand production and scaling,etc.This technology is featured by simple and rapid operation,low cast,high precision,which shows a wide application prospect.
