摘  要:近年来,火电机组大型立式泵出现低频振动的现象较为突出。通过理论分析,并结合运行试验和验证,查明了立式泵低频振动的起因。试验结果表明,立式泵不稳定运行时的低频振动故障,是由于安装及磨损等问题引发的。由于轴系的不平稳运行,致使立式泵产生了低频振动,激发了壳体的共振。In recent years,the phenomenon of unstable low frequency vibration of large vertical pumps in thermal power plants is more prominent.Through the theoretical analysis and elimination,combined with the test verification,the cause of the fault can be clear.The test results show that the low frequency vibration fault of the vertical pump during unstable operation is caused by wrong installation and wear.Because of the unstable operation of the shafting,the vertical pump produces low-frequency vibration,which stimulates the resonance of the shell.
