摘 要:为实现液化天然气热值调整,探究喉管尺寸对液液喷射混合器混合性能的影响,采用Fluent软件对混合器内部复杂的流场进行数值模拟,获得了混合器内部流体速度、压力、湍动能等分布情况,研究了混合器不同喉管直径及长度尺寸参数下其内部流体流动特性并分析了流体混合效果。结果表明:随着喉管直径的增大,混合流体湍动能及主流体进口与混合流体出口间压降呈先增大后减小的趋势,当喉管直径为32mm时湍动能和压降均达到最大值,此时边壁流效应消失,混合性能达到最佳。喉管长度在45~95mm范围内,喉管过短时,混合流体湍动能及主流体进口与混合流体出口间压降较小,过长会导致更多的沿程能量损失;而喉管长度为65mm时,湍动能最大,沿程能量损失较小,混合效果较好。In order to realize the calorific value adjustment of liquefied natural gas,the influence of the throat size on the mixing performance of liquid -liquid ejector mixer was investigated.The complex internal flow field of liquid -liquid ejector mix- er was numerically simulated with the commercial software Fluent.The distributions of fluid velocity,pressure and turbulent kinet- ic energy in the ejector mixer were obtained,the fluid flow characteristics and the mixing effect of the internal fluid under the con- dition of different throat diameters and lengths were studied and analyzed.The results show that,with the throat diameter rising, the mixed fluid turbulent kinetic energy and pressure drop between primary fluid inlet and mixed fluid outlet increase first and then decrease.When the throat diameter is 32mm,the turbulent kinetic energy and pressure drop reach the maximum,the side wall flow effect begins to disappear and the mixing performance of liquid -liquid ejector mixer is best.The length of the throat is in the range of 45-95mm,when the throat length is too small,the mixed fluid turbulent kinetic energy and pressure drop between primary fluid inlet and mixed fluid outlet are little;when the throat length is too large,it will cause more energy loss along the path;when the throat length is 65mm,the turbulent kinetic energy is greatest,the energy loss along the path is relatively less and tbe mixing effect is good.
