摘  要:本文阐述的低温阀门深冷试验装置由深冷试验槽、支撑架和喷淋装置组成,具有零部件深冷处理和阀门低温性能试验双重功能。深冷试验槽为不锈钢加工的敞口双层结构,配有保温上盖,内、外胆间填充聚氨酯发泡材料;试验槽设置喷淋管,可采用浸泡和喷淋两种方式进行低温试验;试验槽内部设置支撑架,可对试验阀门进行固定,并将试验阀门调节到所需高度。经实际应用,该深冷试验装置性能可靠稳定。A cryogenic test device consisted of cryogenic reservoir,support frames and sprinklers.It was used to deal the parts at low temperature and test the properties of the valves.The cryogenic reservoir was a double layer and stainless steel struc- ture with a upper insulated cover,some polyurethane materials was filled between internal and external liners.The sprinkler was used to soak and spray the parts for the cryogenic experiment.The support frame was used to fix the cryogenic reservoir and ad- just its position.The application shows that the device is stable and reliable.
