摘 要:为探讨气-热载荷对动涡盘应力、应变、位移变形的影响,应用有限元软件ANSYS间接耦合法对动涡盘进行模拟分析研究。通过对动涡盘的工作特性分析,确定了工作腔面积、温度和压力值;通过氧化膜工艺制备分析,提高了齿面硬度和耐磨性,进而提高了动涡盘的使用寿命;同时研究了动涡盘在有无氧化膜情况下承受热载荷、气体载荷和气-热载荷时动涡盘应力、应变和位移变形问题。仿真结果表明,热载荷主要使涡旋齿发生轴向变形,而气体载荷主要使涡旋齿发生径向变形,热载荷的影响较大;随着膜厚的增加,膜应力呈缓慢下降趋势,而基体上的应力趋势平稳;基体和膜的位移变形随膜厚的增加呈下降趋势。The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate and analyze the orbiting scroll in indirect cou- pling method,to discuss the effect of gas -thermal load on the displacement,stress and strain.The value of area,temperature and pressure of the working cavity was determined by analyzing the working characteristics of orbiting scroll.The hardness and wear resistance of the scroll wrap surface were improved through the analysis of preparation process of oxide film,and then the service life of orbiting scroll was further improved.The problems of stress,strain and displacement of orbiting scroll,which was subjected to thermal load,gas load and gas -thermal load,were studied with and without the oxide film condition.The simula- tion results show that the axial displacement of scroll wrap is mainly caused by thermal load,while the radial displacement is mainly caused by gas load.The influence of the thermal load is larger than gas load.With the increase of film thickness,the membrane stress and the matrix -membrane displacement decreas slowly,while the stress on the substrate tends to be stable.
