摘  要:改进了模糊网络时间参数的运算方法,使得模糊数比较大小时不再受隶属度值的影响,且模糊数的加减法运算也避免了模糊数值与展宽的负值现象.同时提出了搭接网络的新画法,将工序间的搭接关系转化为节点之间的搭接关系,解决了单代号搭接网络中的悖论现象,从而使网络图中工序时间参数的计算更加方便、准确.改进后的网络计划图能够更加科学地科学指导工程项目的实施,具有准确性与灵活性,能够有效避免因为工程脱离计划而造成的损失.The operational method of fuzzy network time parameter is improved,so that when the fuzzy number compared with each other it is no longer affected by the mem- bership grade,and the addition and subtraction of fuzzy number also avoids the negative value of fuzzy number and widening.At the same time put forward the new method of spliced network,the splice relationship between processes into splice relationship between nodes,to solve the paradox of AOA spliced network,so as to make the calculation process time parameters in the network chart is more convenient and accurate.The improved network plan diagram can more scientifically and scientifically guide the implementation of the project,with accuracy and flexibility,and can effectively avoid the loss caused by the project departure from the plan.
